The only reason winning wasn't good enough in this case was because the sh__ he talked and the way he acted. After weeks of talkin sh__ b4 the fight, at the last press conference he said he was gonna KO him. If you're that great, u gotta do it.

If he would've said, "I'm just gonna take my time, pick my spots and easily outbox him", then I can respect that cause that's what he did

It would bring Paulie a good deal of money for retirement.
Yeah and we already know Broner can't hurt him.

        C'mon.

Khan is fast as hell and all about movement. He's nothing like Broner, style-wise. Styles make fights.

Cotto is big enough to fight at 154lbs and has to cut weight to make 147lbs. Broner is a smaller guy. On top of that fact, Paulie had a broken bone in his face for most of the Cotto fight which had to affect his performance.

When a guy goes from '35 to '47 and fights somebody who is proven to be as tough as old boots, somebody really motivated and prepared to throw 70 punches a round, why are people surprised that he didn't KO him?

Broner probably could have shut Paulie out but he'd have had to fight a boring-as-hell way to do it, and then he'd be criticized for being boring. He can't win in this situation. (Which, arguably, is why he should be less of a mouthy ....)

But but but Paulies a huge draw. LMAO. The dude was a cu-nt hair away from taking his show to Dubai. If Broner didnt come knocking Paulie would still be fighting for short money.

He should send Broner a Xmas card every year for the money from the bout! Wanting to do it again hints of greed and it may get him KO'd he was carried for 12, leave it at that! He went out as a main go fighter landing on his feet, its a good way to go! Broner easily won 8-4!!! Ray

Broner almost lost that fight ! Paulie has no pop. If he did he would not be Paulie - lol . A cat like Terrence Crawford, JMM marquez will get him. Marquez has very subtle footwork to where he can take steps back and time him. Crawford is just a very skillful Dogg in there. Matthyse will murder him ! Broner was pacing himself, I guarantee he will look much better in his nxt fight because he has proven to himself that he can go the full 12 - I think he was a little scared of going the full 12 so that mental obstacle is gone. But he is very dirty and a horrible person, which will fuel a lot of training camps against him - the problem is he emulates Floyd, but has not done the research. Floyd is actually a very genuine good guy, he just very smart at manipulating the public. Floyd paid for Genaro Hernandezes funeral (the HOF champion that Floyd at 21 had to fight to get his 1st world title) Floyd is always very gracious after all of his victories no matter the blood betwene he and his opponent. Being a good sportsman goes along way - Any for the hardcore broner fans, In the streets at the workplace etc.. I have never ever seen anyone bring up someone's sloppy seconds and then claiming her on national TV or period. This tells you all you need to know about dude - I will put my $ on him in certain fights but could care the hell less if he gets KO'd, he is not as good as everyone is making him out to be. Paulie did lay out a blue print - he gives up his body and he is flat footed, he will get done in sooner than later and when that happens - "pop goes the weasel"!!

Paulie doesn't deserve a rematch. He was a beaten man before the scorecards were even read. He landed zero flush power shots and was relegated to hot dogging every time he was hurt. Retire Paulie. Its been real....

No reason for a rematch because like mention already paulie didn't do anything to show that he can win and even tho broner didn't dominate like most thought he would he was still the clear winner.
