    USA Olympian Jose Ramirez is in the gym six days a week. The morning begins with a long run, five miles or more, around parks or on mountain paths or "on asphalt or concrete. I like to run outdoors in the fresh air and I like to run on high elevation."

    Ramirez, 3-0, 2 KOs, of Avenal, California returns to the ring on Saturday night. He takes on lightweight Christopher Williams of Barranquitas, Puerto Rico at the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma. Ramirez vs Williams will open the Solo Boxeo

    I have seen Ramirez fight a few times I think he has a bright future bc he seems to be a very good body puncher

      If this is the guy coming from the Olympics, he looks promising. Don't know what it is, but his style reminds me of Oscar Dela Hoya.

        Nah! I don't believe so!!

        If my boy Erick Deleon would have never gotten injured nobody would be talking about Jose Ramirez because Erick would've went to the Olympics no question about that and won a medal. You need to stay tuned to Erick Deleon a future world champion. If you don't believe me just look him up on you tube representing straight from Detroit, MI!!
