    Truly sad how he was murdered! Mexico needs to properly train and pay their police officers so they can do their jobs with pride.

        The family deserves justice but sadly they probably won't get anything resembling justice. The really sad thing is Garcia is just one of thousands of innocent people that have been senselessly murdered. America drug habit has sent parts of Mexico into chaos.
