Broner's management team and Golden Boy will pick his next fight and every fight after that. Matthysse is the name that comes up as the preferred Broner opponent from the majority of the fans. Does anybody seriously think Broner will fight Matthysse? Were any fans asking him to fight Paulie? This is just an act by Broner to show he is a fearless fighter that will gladly fight anybody no matter how dangerous they are. If Garcia prices himself out of the Matthysse fight he is supposed to have then Broner should fight Matthysse or Thurman if he really is the"can man".If he fights either of them he has my respect, win lose or draw. Broner fighting Garcia or Maidana would be good fights as well.

Broner does not need to ask fans on twitter who he should fight next. Ring Magazine is doing a poll on who the fans want Broner to fight next.Matthysse is in front by a mile with 43.5% of the votes. Maidana is a clear 2nd place winner with 27.9% of the votes. Garcia is 3rd with 12.6% and Guerrero is 4th with 6.75%. I'll be pleasantly surprised if he fights any of the top 3. Those fights should show how good Broner is.

I'd be happy with Maidana. Please many of you people who keep saying Lucas just want the best chance of Broner to get knocked out. I guess whatever floats everybodies boat! Maidana would be just as exciting. Garcia/Matthysse is top priority
