I doubt that Mayweather would be allowed to wear Nike shoes while training/fighting since, AFAIK, he's tied down to a deal with Reebok.

He doesn't have a Reebok deal though. I remember hearing that maybe he was being paid by Reebok for the Marquez fight, but it was just a one-off thing. If they were endorsing him surely they would have his face plastered somewhere on the Reebok website or run some magazine ads for him or something. He is the #1 boxer in the world. There are athletes from less recognized sports that Reebok endorse.

Maybe I am wrong, I was just under the impression that he had a deal with them because I remember hearing that he had some sort of deal in the build up to the Marquez fight and I haven't seen him wear any other brand on his feet since his comeback.
