Donaire does it year round. Floyd cant stand it when he doesnt get kudos for something.

Yet he didn't get kudos while he was with HBO and instead was criticized.

This dude's trying to criticise Donaire who does drug testing the PROPER Olympic way which is YEAR ROUND TESTING. If Mayweather was truely commited to kicking out doping from boxing he would be voluntarily have himself tested 24/7 365 days a year. Mayweather could easily be cycling EPO before fights are announced to gain that benefit and then taper off when a fight is announced, he's really disingenuous with his so called crusade against doping.

How would that put him and his opponent on an even playing field if Floyd is the only one testing year round? Donaire's way of doing only ensures that he is clean but not his opponent. The way Floyd is doing is the only way that makes sense and has both fighters tested equally.

I think you make a point but Pacquiao isn't that smart to connect the dots or will figure people to be that smart to figure it out.

He is a politician, and he knows a lot of his fans are speculating on whether Marquez cheated by using Performance Enhancers. So the best way to throw salt on his recent loss is to play that card by asking for drug testing on his opponent before his next appearance in the ring.
