Met Roberto Duran at the Cotto-Pac weigh in. He was all by himself and I shook his hand on the way back to my seat from the tecate stand. A little later I talked to him for a bit and he asked if I could help him work his digital camera. I was just figuring out what was wrong with it when he got rushed by other fans so I handed it back. He laughed and said "of course you couldn't fix it, you're just as Indian as I am!" (In spanish obv)

A famous fighter that i have met was Pacquiao. he was a people person. this was before he became really really famous. it was before his Marquez fight. he was really nice and even chatted with me the whole time i was at the wildcard gym.
the second one was not famous anymore when i met him. he was the late Genaro Hernandez. i was able to get trained from him for a month when i first started getting back in shape. he was battling cancer at that time. really humble dude and such an inspiration.
Met Donaire but he was kinda way too happy and bouncing everywhere.Last edited by Nooblet; 07-11-2013, 02:24 AM.

Besides that, my coach.
I seen Lacy in traffic once or his car atleast. There was a tricked out Chrystler 300 behind me at a stop light and tailgating me. The entire front windshield was completely blacked out. I was not letting him pass because I get annoyed by tailgaiters. I thought it must be a Buc's player or something with the blacked out windshield but then when he finally passed me I seen his plates says Left Hook or something like that.
I used to see Winky all the time going to the park playing basketball and going jogging in the late 90s. There was some older guy coach that would come with him, it wasnt Birmingham but I know at that time he was still with birmingham.
