Can people shut up about this CW and get the f-ck over it? Its not like your crying about it will change anything. Get over it or don't talk about it at all. The fight will happen no matter what you think about the CW. I don't like the CW either but that's only because titles are on the line. You don't see me whining about it in every thread that is related to Floyd. I really hate this generation of boxing fans. A bunch of sissies.

I understand what you are saying but at the level its at on this forum its beyond insane. Why can't people just talk about the fight it self and why does this ****** CW has to be the center of the main attention... Canelo said he was fine with the CW so we should just move on. Like I said earlier, this fight should be at 154 ONLY because the titles are on the line. If not then its 100% fine with me. I just want to hear about the fight itself meaning the strategies Canelo needs to beat Floyd but instead all we hear about in every thread with Floyd name on it is "blah blah blah CW".

If you really think Floyd was serious when he said all of that BS in his build up of his fight with Cotto then you are a fool. All fighters say a bunch of bs to hype up fights. The same exact thing is happening in this fight with a bunch of bs to get people interested in the fight. Canelo isn't crying and complaining about the CW. I just want to hear how people think this fight is going to play but instead all we get is this bs. Its really starting to ruin this forum, and it has been this way for awhile now with this kind of stuff.

I've been saying the same thing.

The truth is though we haven't even seen enough of Canelo to accurately gauge his skill set. He hasn't even fought the best in his division, let alone the level beneath the best.

I won't call him Ricky Hatton because he hasn't had a Collazo-like fight where Luis exposed Ricky, but we simply don't know. Canelo at the very least should have fought guys like Angulo and Kirkland to be even be remotely considered as "deserving."

Sergio Martinez is deserving. Pacquiao is deserving.

Canelo hasn't even reached the halfway mark on the ladder in terms of competition.

You do realize that he had to cut weight for the Mathew Hatton fight and that was a horrible fight for Canelo?
