I could care less how the so called experts at ringside scored the fight. I thought Paulie won the first four or five rounds and a couple of the other rounds were very close. So, I thought that the fight could go either way and would have had no problem with a draw. I would have also had no problem with Broner being disqualified for kicking and illegal blows. And if I could say one thing to Broner it would be to sell your teeth and chains and buy your momma a nice house out in the suburbs.

paulie should really stop whining. this isnt the diaz fight. most ppl thought u lost, no1s in a uproar about it like that. well on here they are, but then again this is boxing scene, its to be expected. but overall, most of the media had the right man winning and it wasnt paulie. he deserves a lot of respect, but the more he whines like this, the worse it looks on him imo.

        lol @ the bold.

I had Paulie winning the first three out of four rounds, but then Broner started to assert himself during the middle of the fight. I agree, there were several close, hard to score rounds; but it wasn't until the tenth that Malignaggi reappeared on my scorecard. My final score was 115-113, Broner. It was a good fight and Paulie fought well, but I thought Broner won pretty clearly.

You're right; the officiating in this fight was poor. Broner was lucky not to get DQed, but not even receiving a point deduction was ridiculous. Broner also threw a few kidney shots and punches after the bell, which, of course, were allowed without a word.

I've never been a fan of interviewing fighters in the ring after they fight!
I know fans like it but theres so much BS said that they don't mean if they had an hour to reflect! Way to much emotion flying around and they're still amped up!
Paulie leaned into Broners ear and told him that he (Broner) won! Thats it!
          Ray.

paulette only gets fights because he comes to the ring like a clown and has an italian following. otherwise he's a **** fighter.
Paulie got beat by a bigger man. Broner is naturally larger. You could see that in the ring.

thats the thing about it. u cant say broner should have had a point deducted or been dqed because he wasnt even warned. the shots to the back of the liver were fouls technically, with that said, if u dont warn a guy u cant just take a point or dq him. its up to the ref to do that, then its up to the fighter to change his behaviour. this goes for every fight. most fighters have their dirty manuvers, if u dont catch them they all keep on doing it.

                I agree with Paulie...

Khan is better than Broner, and I think Khan would beat Broner...

Broner fought a bad version of Paulie. The same version that many thought lost to Cano.

Broner is just overrated. There's no way around it.

A fighter can have a point deducted or be disqualified without prior warning. Intentionally kneeing your opponent in the groin is a clear foul. All boxers know this. It's no different than punching a fighter who's down. No warning necessary. It's grounds for immediate disqualification. As for the kidney blows and hitting after the bell, I agree, in those cases the ref ought to issue a warning first. Repeated offenses would merit point deductions and even a DQ, if the fighter persists.

                    This.

Paulie performed better than 99% of boxing fans expected, losing a split decision to a guy some folks hype as the next Mayweather. He speaks a lot of logic in this interview.

Broner should not stay at 147. He should move back down.

i guess u didnt see paulie grap his leg which is also a clear foul. paulie caused that situation. its hard to say broner should be dqed for that. that would be bad reffing
