Paul Williams was KOed just as cold as Pacquiao but later he fought Lara and took many hard head punches and his chin seemed as good as ever. There is not much real evidence to back up the cracked chin theory, and it is just a theory not a fact. Pacquiao's fight with Rios should show if Pacquiao can still take a punch or not.
