Broner being p4p ranked is a travesty. There's a reason that Golden Boy owned The Ring are the only ones that rank him there.

Ring is one of the only places that has him rated there and it's largely decried as ridiculous.

The truth of the matter is that the P4P List is disposable. In my eyes its no longer a reflection of an individuals skills, but a representation of a boxers marketability. An instrument for promotion, sad but true. How did it take Abner Mares countless gritty wars to crack it? Rigo's technical skill doesn't get him a hall pass? The threat known as Lara? Like I said the Ring is the Toolbox, the list is the tool, and the handyman is GBP. At the end of the day American fighters aren't overrated in a sense, they are manufactured to think they deserve that rating. HBO and Shotime shove it down the consumers throat and get them high off a particular boxer and bam! the new American hope. After all, a country without a hero(loose term) is a country that holds no weight in said field. After being a dominant force in the sport it would be hard for US American fans to swallow the fact that the country is missing out at the moment.

How was froch lucky to win the dirrell fight, he out landed dirrell stats wise, the press scred it to froch, the pundits scored it to froch, he was unmarked whereas dirrell was bloddied mess, and dirrell should have been disqualified by over 35 clinches and illegally ducking and exposing the back of his head.

But that aside mayweather last to Castillo and DLH, and Bradley lost to pacquio and that Russian dude....

non of those made the top p4p lists to my knowledge, f they did they would be where froch is now at best 10th.

Broner and Bradley lose to b level fighters or better fighters, and are ranked top 5, where froch does nothing but destroy dirrell, taylor and other yanks and he literally crept on the list at age of 36.
