It was a strange fight. Banks seemed disinterested..strange considering he hurt Mitchell in the 3rd.

Banks has displayed enough evidence to recognize that he's a very... very economical counter puncher. He's a poor man's Zab Judah after the Tszyu KO loss.
Of course Mitchell was going to be extra cautious after what happened in the first fight. Can you blame him? He has Amir Khan's chin at Heavyweight. Mitchell and his team are going to have to be extremely careful because Mitchell has Khan's chin, but Matthysse's style.
