He was in the second fight. The first fight was a good one, Oscar won the second even though the "Blaxican" was juicin'.

Anyway,... a Lightweight Shane, blasts out a current AB.

According to the current Poll standings, it looks like that fight that needs to be made is Lucas vs Broner.

Of course this gets Danny out of the inevitable KO he'd suffer against the "Machine".

Personally, I think Lucas hurts the Ninja Turtle pretty bad, forcing the corner to throw in the towel. The Ninja Turtle can take a pretty good shot, but Lucas' power punches are something special, and I think he would ruin the kid.

The current leaders are Pac and Lucas...

I wonder how they would fare against each other.

Damn, I wish Oscar and Bob would do work together.

Broner vs Danny is a toss up, although I lean towards Swift. Broner looses to everyone else.

The only person on that list that I think beats him is Pac. I don't like Broner and he looked crap tonight but the things that Paulie had success with was using his leg speed and quick punching and getting out of range for the counters. Pretty much everyone on that list is too open, too slow and too easy to defend against. Bradley squares up and leaves himself exposed, Danny Garcia has no punches in his arsenal that would penetrate Broners defense, Lucas again could not penetrate the defense and doesn't have the speed and Rios is just rubbish. Pac could beat him if he fought him like he fought Cotto, Hoya and Diaz etc... that in-out style, lead left hand, pivot and move... that would make Broner look silly.... however it remains to be seen what Pac has left.

Is Broner living up to all the hype?
Broner is only 23. Mayweather was not fighting the likes of De La Hoya at 23 years of age and in his 27th fight. To be exact, Mayweather at 23 was fighting the likes of Emmanual Burton (a fight he struggled in and looked worse than Broner did tonite) and Goyo Vargas.

And in his 27th fight he fought Jesus Chavez.

There is no doubt that Mayweather is better than Broner probably will ever be. However, Broner gets little credit for being so young and beating guys that are much older and more experienced than him.

I'd like to see him fight Amir Khan at 147 next...

                  LOL @ ninja turtle.

Matthyse hype train has reached unbelievable levels.

I didn't forsee this type of hype coming from the guy that barely beat Devon Alexander (i scored it 95-94 matthyse) and lost to Zab Judah. Wow!

I still think Broner needs a few more lesser threats right now. I think guys like Zab Judah, Marcos Maidana and Amir Khan are who he should focus on for the next year or so.

I think the only fighters on that list who can beat Broner are Matthysse, Bradley, and Pac. Based on the fight tonight, Broner is not comfortable with movement and volume punching.

Broner isn't exactly a defensive genius so Matthysse can win with a good shot. Bradley can move and he has the stamina to throw all night. Pac is a mix of both volume and power but mostly using his volume punching will freeze Broner in his place and outpoint him.

Rios is a pressure fighter and can throw a lot but he's too slow and easy to hit, Broner can TKO him in the late rounds. Garcia will try to box and Broner will just pick him apart.

I think he beats Garcia and Rios.

Him VS Bradley is a tough fight, too close to call.

He loses badly to Lucas and Pacquiao.
