I never say things like this but I agree......Banks could have KO'd Mitchell but to me it looked like he took a dive so that there can be a 3rd pay day for both.
Tyson vs Seldon ,Marquez vs Ramos, and now this crap tonight was fixedComment

Banks could've ended that **** after the third round. Mitchell is awful got stunned everytime banks touched him. Banks took his money and was good.Comment

It did seem rigged indeed,Banks had Mitchell wobbled in the 3rd and 4th rounds but didn´t follow up and didn´t show up for the rest of the fight.Very su****ious.
All that aside,Mitchell has some of the weakest chins I´ve seen lately, almost makes Khan´s look like a granite one.Last edited by ergheiz; 06-22-2013, 10:22 PM.Comment

As much as I hate accusing fights of being fixed, that was a disgrace. Al Haymon is all whats wrong with the boxing world. I hope Banks is KO'd for his incompetent performance today and with regards to Mitchell... that is just a chicken leg dance/sweet dreams waiting to happen.Comment

People that post that kind of crap have no idea of the economics involved.
If Banks wins that fight, he's got a major six-figure payday coming ... against the Fury-Haye winner or someone else -- and after that, even if he loses, there are a couple of more major paydays that he'll get from staying viable for beating Mitchell twice.
So if Seth Mitchell is no better than he is, why would Haymon or GDP or whoever pay him AT LEAST a half a million to make it worth his while? Because Mitchell is never going to profit anyone that much ... even if he gets a title shot, Haymon gets like 10 percent.
Do the math.Comment
