Its funny when people think a fighter isn't scared cause he fights PROFESIONALLY.

He's not a coward. He's actually a tough little kid, you can see it in the way he fights.

The problem is, he probably feels he has worked so hard to get to this point, that he doesn't want to be thrown into a fight with Lucas yet, especially as he is likely to lose. Even if he's confident he can beat Lucas (and he isn't radiating confidence in the interviews where Matthyse's name is mentioned), he knows its a very risky fight.

Team Garcia basically want to dine out on the Khan win for a while yet. Let's not forget they didn't even seem to want to fight Khan again.

But the problem for them is that Angel's sh-t talking has created a scenario where many people wanna see Danny lose. Add to that the fact that Garcia vs Matthyse style-wise is going to be fantastic, and there is now irresistible demand for the fight to be made.

I still think it will be made but there's no doubt in my mind that Team Garcia are going into this fight reluctantly. I mean, would you wanna go from Morales 2 and Judah to Lucas Matthyse?

For the record, it's more than just the recent video that suggests that Danny is afraid of Lucas. This **** has been ongoing ever since Matthysse demolished Soto. Garcia has been questioned about it multiple times since then and both he and his father never give a consistent answer.

What recent video are you referring to? The one where Zab said that talks where not true? Where he acted like they were when they really aren't? Zab just trying to keep his name out there and be relevant, I don't buy that there are on going talks for a rematch.

What makes you people think that Danny doesn't want this fight? Oscar has already officially stated that the Lucas fight is close to being finalized. You boxing fans are the real cowards here.
