      Serves him right.

He's been a mandatory for 4 years now (WBO & IBF) and weaseled his way out of numerous title shots to fight scrubs.

Did Pacquiao offer Brook a fight that I missed?

I don't remember, but i remember him fighting yet another eliminator against Jennings. Then he was supposed to fight Mike Jones in an interim title fight, but he bottled that twice according to former promoter Frank Warren.

Then he left Warren to fight cabbies at Matchroom, fought TWO MORE eliminators there, then pulled out TWICE of a title fight. Now he's fighting the guy he already beat in the eliminator...

                .
His career was fine at Matchroom until he got injured. He worked his way into the IBF mandatory position. Whether the injury is real or not, only he knows. But it seems weird that he'd be ready one of the times (when Alexander pulled out) but not the others.

Let's not forget Kell Shook was also offered a fight with Timothy Bradley, and ran for the hiils from that fight.
