I see her all the time on press conferences and weigh ins and don't get me wrong guys, but I can't stand her. She may have an important role and she probably works hard when the cameras are not on, but her whole behaviour when the cameras are on is disgusting. She always acts like she runs the whole show, the way she moves she wants everybody to know she is super important.
She also sneaks up behind interviewed fighters all the time.

Does anybody know her?

There was an article/interview with her in a boxing mag a while back, and while i can't remember her name, i know she has something to do with either Golden Boy or Showtime, and her role is pretty important in making sure everything goes to plan from the weigh-ins to the ring walks. Organising and timing can be fatal in the wrong hands.


Edit: I think her name is Monica Sears, and she's with GoldenBoy.

Adrien Broner, he's known for beating up old lady's and stealing their purses.

THats Monica Sears she does run the show. She works hard and hustles thats why you always see her at the fights running around shes doing multiple jobs at once such as PR, marketing, VP stuff, etc.

At least she works hard some of the other D-Bags just sit ringside and act like they are Bob Arum or Haymon when they don't even have any power
