    Part of a managers job, moreso today than ever, is to get his fighters name known by the public and then to keep that fighters name in the publics mind. Good/bad or true/false, it keeps the name in the forefront of the fans mind and can help to keep his fighter relavent to the worlds happenings even if he hasn't been fighting recently..............       Good insight. I agree with this too.

      I also think that haymon is arguably one of the best managers ever. All his fighters are getting paid! But at what point is this a conflict of interest? After all mathysse is interim champ #1 contender...

      I can't say I didn't consider this when Mathysse signed with haymon.
