Comments Thread For: Bradley: After This I'll Be on Every Pound For Pound List

Former four division world champion Juan Manuel "Dinamita" Marquez (55-6-1, 40 KOs) will be gunning for his fifth world title when he faces WBO welterweight champion Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley (30-0, 12 KOs) on October 12 in Las Vegas, in an attractive and intriguing fight on HBO Pay-Per-View. Marquez is confident he can make history, but Bradley has other ideas and has the right strategy in mind to derail the Mexican superstar's plans.

Very excited for this fight!! Bradley has won me over big time from the provodnikov fight and against JMM their styles will mesh like dynamita (no pun intended)....I'm taking Bradley in an upset, he's actually...wait for it....a better boxer than Pacquaio (notice I said boxer) and has the youth to go into deep waters against Marquez. Good ****ing fight!

It's sad but that's what the guy had to do to endear himself to fans. I guess we fight fans are a savage loving lot. Offensively better no, but I feel his use of the jab and more conventional boxing style will suit him better against JMM than Pacs aggressive style which plays right into Marquez's strengths. That is, if, Bradley doesn't try to play tough guy again. But if he fights like he did against say....old ass casamayor, he wins!

Tim has all the tools to not only beat Marquez, but dominate him. But if he fights a dumb fight against the Mexican legend, he can get caught and put to sleep.
