    Muscle growth

Question, do your muscles and bones naturally get bigger past 14 years old? I.e when do you stop getting more muscular and stronger?

Edit: oops, wrong forum, sorry guys, still, answer the question please?

that depends on the person. nobody's growth rate is really measurable.

but most natural muscle growth ends in the early mid 20s for men.

How old are you? Anyway, some grow a lot, some stay thin. In my case, I am 23 years old and weight around 126 or so.

Consider that men your size are relatively rare and so the divisions at that weight are weaker than say welterweight or middleweight, where the bulk of humanity falls into place (when they are in fighting shape). Being small isn't so bad. Your chances of being a successful pro are probably better at a smaller (pun intended) division where there isn't as much talent.

You'll also likely live longer and stay younger longer as you have less mass putting stress on your organs.

as far as hormone levels are concerned about 22 is the peak. size is one thing but muscle strength is another issue as your muscles can gain in strength as you age.

I am 5'7", but I am 23 and I will not grow any more. You still have a chance to get taller and maybe gain some pounds.
