Broners defense is more than competent for his fighting style. It works. He rarely gets hit clean and he guards well. Sure he gets hit some but he's an offense first fighter. Ppl don't seem to understand that. He's not trying to be slick. He's trying to pick u apart and beat u into submission.
His style won't be enough if someone can take a shot and throws nice combinations. He is young so not a finished article.
His work rate is a little too slow as well. He can lose rounds and fairly easy. He should work on judging how a round goes really.
