As far as boxing names, Broner is a much more household name than either of those fighters. Broner has brought in much stronger numbers than Donaire, and also fights at a higher weight class. Did I also forget that he's an American too. While Broners fan base is small(but larger than either of the two you mentioned), he is just like Floyd where people are def tuning in to see his fights. His fight against Demarco last year was one of HBO's strongest.

Its not always who you fight which get you big stacks;its sometimes who your connected with.Broner has Al Haymon who is one of the most powerful figures in boxing.And its Donaire`s fault for letting Arum rip him off;his fight with Rigondeaux was a sellout crowd so he should gotten a little more.

Potential is a powerful bargaining chip; Nike didn't pay Lebron $90M before playing 1 minute of his 1st NBA game for what he had done in HS, it was for what he was going to do in the future. If HBO didn't employ that mentality throughout Mayweather's career, they would've missed out on millions of dollars of profit they benefited from (HBO paid Mayweather 7 digits a fight for years (he made $4M for the Sharmba Mitchell fight) before they started seeing a return on investment (aside from ratings and the satisfaction of HBO subscribers)).

There are fighters that deserve to be paid more than they are currently being paid, but to be bitter about what another fighter is able to negotiate is the mentality of a petty loser.
