Broner ''I don't want to beat Mayweather''

    http://espn.go.com/blog/new-yorkboxi...eat-mayweather

"My big brother got his legacy, I got mine," Broner said. "I want to see him retire undefeated. I don't want to hand him a loss."

Broner knows he would embarrass Floyd. Nice of him not do it. Atleast not yet.

I would love to see this fight next year if Broner can clean out the 140 lb. division

He crafted his game around taking bits and pieces out of Mayweather, he's always had that level of respect. So I'm not surprised that he would say this but deep down he may feel indifferent about it, maybe some media instigation and of course money will change his tune, maybe. Right now, I want him to take care of Maidana after Malignaggi, then the winner of Matthysse-Garcia.

I see them going at for Floyds last fight. Passing of the torch type o scenario. That would be great

at first glance, such statement may be seen as signs of respect and/or admiration.....

but in the end, it all boils down to saying i could beat him......

which again boils down to broner like saying i am greater than him (pbf)

It'll happen. Who else is Floyd gonna fight that has a degree of marketability?
