I like how he motivates his fighters by making them go to war.

Gives good round to round advice on what the other guy is doing.

Has a good rapport that brings in fighters to join him.

Has a good team around him.

Bad.

One game plan it seems pre fight.

He doesn't seem to train his fighters with sparring partners that are going to help his fighters if they are more boxers.

Making weight seems to be something he needs to look at.

Didn't stop Marg VS Pac.

His fighters take a lot of damage.
