What are some examples of some triangle theories getting busted up

    For example:

Frazier beats Ali in great fight
Foreman then steamrolls right thru Frazier
But then ali comes back and tkos foreman

Name some other times in history or in recent memory that triangle theories were proven wrong

The one you mention doesn't really work, because Ali beat Frazier twice.

I guess since Ali went life and death with Frazier twice, and foreman destroyed Frazier twice, I always figured that that's the reason why people had Ali as such a big underdog against foreman. Which is what triangle theories are, the thinking was "Frazier gave Ali Hell, foreman dominated Frazier, therefore foreman will dominate Ali as well"

Well ali went 1-1 with both Frazier and norton

Then foreman destroyed norton and Frazier in 2

Then everyone knows what happened after that

                    Holyfield beat Foreman
                    Moorer beat Holyfield
                    Foreman beat Moorer

A few years later Holyfield beat Moorer in a rematch and it became full circle but until 1994 it was a good example of the triangle theory.
