WBO strawweight world champion Moises Fuentes (16-1-1, 8KOs) will return on the 29th of June in a battle for the WBO's interim flyweight world title against Filipino Joebert Alvarez (12-0-1, 5KOs). Zanfer Promotions will handle the staging of the event. Fuentes is coming off a twelve round draw with full WBO champion Donnie Nietes of the Philippines. The winner of Fuentes and Alvarez will face Nietes next.
