Prior to Monday's purse bid, the World Boxing Council (WBC) announced that Isthmus Promotions and OR Productions reached an agreement to match WBC silver flyweight champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion against Argentine challenger Nestor Narvaez on August 3rd in Panama. Concepcion has 28 wins (21 KO) and 3 losses while Narvaez, the younger brother of super flyweight champion Omar Narvaez, has 19 wins (9 KO), 1 loss and two draws.
