Canelo's not in a good position to win, but this is boxing afterall. Does anyone doubt that Shane had Floyd shaken in round two? Certainly Canelo and Shane are at different stages of their careers etc, but I would say that Canelo has a punchers chance to catch Floyd, and in the boxing game sometimes that's all you need. Shane couldn't capitalize but maybe Canelo will early?

I agree with nacho Canelo won't be able to do anything with mayweather he hits hard and all but he still gotta catch him he's much too fast for Canelo and I gotta be honest he didn't impress me too much with trout easy win for Floyd.

        is nacho right?

Is nacho right?? Idk he prolly will end up being right. but lets face it, canelo is the only legitamate threat to beating floyd....any hot prospects will prolly miss out in the chance to fight floyd so this is the threat......canelo can box a little bit, the question is will he be able to use the head movement like he did against trout?? Will see, floyd has faster hands then trout and hes also a bit more trickier offensively, canelo better hope he lands a flush power shot to create an oppurtunity cause if he doesnt hurt floyd it could end up beingguerrero all over again.....

I was just pondering Nacho's words about standing in front of him you think you think you can beat him he squares up like any other man. So what could go wrong if I try to knock his block off? But that isn't how it works out when skill are applied to the equation.

"Fans" look at Mayweather sometimes and instead of seeing a brilliant tactician in the ring they see, a "runner" or some sort of coward. But the look on Guerrero's face after his shaming said everything that needed to be said, he had been beaten and quite soundly. Heh, and Guerrero supposedly had God on his side. Accusing someone of running is just a euphemistic was of saying, "gee dude why won't you just stand there and get beat on so I can get some excitement." Yeah, that vicarious thrill will get you everytime.

Canelo has to pray Mayweather's going to make a mistake and that he has skill enough to capitalize on it.

You make it sound like Mayweather is going to be running laps in the ring.

How bout dat !! Then other day Nacho believed Canelo had a chance but now not so much.

              Canelo must Close the EXITS.

IF he cannot, the ballerina kid will slip away after he powder puffs a few shots, leaving Canelo frustrated.

IF Canelo sucks air by 7 or 8 he will be a punching bag for the rest of the fight.

OH oh sorry, I forgot Jr don't throw but a few shots per round.

People that say Jr will KO this guy or that guy just needs help.

Jr ain't KOing NOBODY !!!!! He had JMM but refused to CLOSE THE SHOW!!

Close the Exits and KILL the BODY, ARMS and about round 10 Jr might be in trouble but that takes somebody with stamina , speed, odd angles and POWER,,,,,,,,,,,hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sounds like

              Sounds Like

              SOUNDS LIKE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,its DA PACMAN !!!!!!!!!!!!

Too bad Jr ducked da Pacman three years ago, we would have seen the fight of the century and we would have seen May Jr sprawled out on the floor huntin fer his senses

              kinda anti climatic

Not running laps man Floyd is much faster than Canelo and more elusive he's had a lot of fights but none of the top contenders in the sport.

You must have missed how humbled Floyd was. You've never seen Floyd Mayweather look that humble before.

I just hope Canelo doesn't get it into his head that because he slipped a few shots against Trout he can engage Mayweather in the centre of the ring. If he is to have a chance it has to be by working behind the jab and getting Floyd into positions where he can't easily slip away.

Good post a lot of guys forget that de la Hoya had a lot of success workin behind the jab and was tagging mayweather pretty darn good it was a close fight until he decided not to fight in the last couple of rounds now back to cinnamon he didn't really impress me against trout he looked really tired later in the fight I don't think he can do anything with Floyd too much experience he's gonna try to muscle Floyd around and it ain't gonna work Floyd gonna take him right off his game you'll see.

Canelo brings nothing to this fight. FMJr. will school the young one. I can see a TKO <10 stoppage, Canelo will be brutalized.
