Eliminating divisions

Straw, jr fly need to go and just be the flyweight division.

Also get rid of super bantam.

With less divisions boxing will see more competition and the top guys can't hide by moving up so easily.

Personally, id go with 118 as the lowest division. Under 118 is just too low.
