pacquiao did the same thing when marquez was robbed. boxing "fans" were just butthurt this time cause it wasn't in pacquiao's favor. tim didn't do anything differently. you're saying that's the only reason though? how about having a **** promoter too?

How'd he handle it? Because between the first 3 fights they were actually friends..it all went down hill around the negotiations for #3 which is why Pacquaio's camp found it bizzare Marquez would write a book and start his t-shirt wearing campaign. If anything Pacquaio has never said an ill word about Marquez and infact has praised him countless times but we can't say the same respect was paid the other way around. You can slam Arum all you'd like but as far as I can recollect for a guy whose been in the game since the 60's he's never had a current or former fighter go bankrupt..ever. How many promoters can say that..it was Arum who saved Ali's house out of his own pocket...btw. i'm not fixated on popular opinion either, i can form my own. couldn't give a **** how the likes of skip bayless scored a fight. tim acted like any other fighter who was on the receiving end of a decision.

But why Ward would sign with K2 in order to fight in the boring Mecca of boxing -- namely Germany?

It's the big one though isn't it? This is Ward's De La Hoya, it's as good as it gets in and around those divisions.

But he can get this fight with or without going to Top Rank. There is no Benefit with it. Martinez got a Chavez fight and he stayed with his promotional team. And again after the Chavez fight what next arum has no other fighters to offer. He really need to leave Prince. That is where the problem begins.

there's no such thing. a seizure is a seizure, and there's no specific diagnosis of a seizure of just the brain.

maybe pavlik is having seizures. i've got an aunt who has seizures, but she's disabled, and obviously not a pro boxer.


kelly pavlik has serious mental issues. his facebook is flat out disturbing. he's an alcoholic [2x in rehab, i believe,] and it looks like he's seriously depressed. he could be mistaken, or simply making something up. there is no such thing as a "brain seizure," and it's not something a doctor would tell him that he's experiencing.
