Some fights he looks tremendous, like against Cotto and more recently Senchenko... but then in other fights he looks rusty. Does he still have it in him to give Broner a fight like he did against Senchenko?
Is Paulie Malignaggi the inconsistent kind of fighter?

I find him consistently entertaining. Hardly anyone I'd rather watch fight.
I have also met him and he's about the nicest guy you could ever ask to meet -- very down-to-earth, watched him pose for pics with probably 100 people before and after doing commentary on a fight. Didn't leave until the last one was happy.Comment

Yeah Paulie is one of the good guys. I give him a shot in this fight, I think his style meshes well with Broner's.I find him consistently entertaining. Hardly anyone I'd rather watch fight.

you never know which Paulie will show up. Ive probably was the 1st guy to hype him on this site when everyone either didnt know him or thought he was just a garbage club fighter. Im proud of how far he's come.
Some of his problem has been trainers. McGirt was horrible for him. As good as Paulie was against Cotto is how bad he was against Hatton. I dont think the guy who fought Hatton wouldve won an amatuer contest. He was terrible. All he could do was throw a weak jab. Looked like the most basic fighter in all of boxing.
Then he came back against Senchenko and was great again. He's had fights like N'Dou where he was excellent and then fights like Cano. You just never know with him. Still, I just like the guy. Had a good convo with him in Vegas. Great dudeComment
