It's often difficult to tell a one punch ko from a combination ko where 1 particular punch did the damage. Gnome sayin'?

Think of scenarios like where Paul Williams was stopped by Martinez.

Short of a fighter getting KO'd by the very first punch landed, there are no one punch knockouts, it's always cumulative, whether it was ended by a single punch or not. That said, and knowing what you mean, Tyson is probably a good shout for this one.

julian jackson used to pretty regularly render men completely unconscious. so frequently would they be out before he hit the ground, that he developed this little send off. he'd point them to the ground, and down they would go.

joe louis also has a lot of clean knockouts on single shots or combinations. he was a dangerous puncher with accuracy and setup.

gerald mcclellan had a lot of one punch type kayos as well
