According to sources in Poland, Krzysztof Szot (17-5-1, 5KOs) has been offered the opportunity to face British lightweight Kevin Mitchell (33-2, 24KOs) on July 6th at York Hall in London. Mitchell has not fought since a fourth round TKO loss to WBO champion Ricky Burns last September. Szot has lost three of his last four, all by decision, to Brunet Zamora, Nate Campbell and Logan McGuiness.

Apparently this guy is a light welter and is fighting on 29th June as well according to boxrec!

If this does happen then its a good fight for kev, he needs 2 or 3 fights to get his confidence back and get rid of ring rust.
Hopefully 3 fights for kev this year and position himself into an eliminator
