I believe so, pretty shitty card overall, Garcia-Lopez is the only one remotely competitive on paper and even then Garcia is a pretty significant favorite. Why can't TR do undercards like GBP does when the main event isn't a huge fight?

Not need to explain, look at this Card from Top To Bottom then look at the Card that GBP had on Showtime for their last event...NO COMPARISON! But at the same time Top Rank Roster is not as deep as GBP so that could be the reason. Also Showtime gives the fans a Full Night Of Boxing, while HBO may show you two fights and clips of the earlier fights from that night

Fans aren't enjoying the fights so far. Korobov and Zewski both got booed at times. Tony Lopez is a hometown kid so he had his fans but for the most part I'm disappointed at the atmosphere here.

The Showtime card consisted of contenders, they needed a strong undercard and even that card last week had very week numbers

But i agree, TR undercards are horrible sometimes, especially Donaire-Rigo

Well Top Rank puts on a lot of developmental fights for prospects on their cards. They need work also. Top Rank has always been the ones who build fighters from the ground up and I find it nice they they make room for them, and showcase them live on their website to get the fans to get familiar with them. To me, that is the way it should be done. It is also how they always did it. Some fights are whitewashes but some are good like the Zewski fight tonight. They matched him with a tough opponent.
