I guess that's good news for the rest of the Light-Heavyweights or even Super Middleweights who want a shot at Stevenson....

Ward needs to get active again because he's got a slew of big paydays ahead of him:

Froch rematch
Pascal/Bute
Stevenson
Chavez Jr.

He will have a fat bank account if he can land those fights over the next 2-3 years.

Hopkins looks good against soft hearted guys who lose confidence after being down on the scoreboard. Stevenson would talk shot in his face and wouldn't shy down. Come fight time bhop would get knock the **** out into a retirement home

Hopkins will probably move on to fight Cornelius White on Showtime. Let the Ward-Stevenson fight happen. I would rather watch that fight then the potential match with hopkins. Hopefully Ward will fight again someday, dude is losing all his belts. I know he was injured but damn dude, Kelly Pavlik really??? LOL.

I always felt that way about b hop...that some young guy is gonna hurt him...he's too old...doesn't hit hard...not fast ....but been wrong since 2001 nd counting lol..it started way back with tito...stopped betting against him too
