thats not true. floyd agreed to all of manny's stips-weight clause, gloves. if you feel 14 days is ok thats fine. but if any other fighter tried to negotiate a cutoff hectari and other manny fans would post that it was a sign of guilt-just like many of them have regarding hte broner/paulie VADA situation.

Well for the paulie broner fight usada has been involved in some shady **** especially with golden boy just one example is morales the fight still went on even after he proved to be dirty... But why does a cut off even matter if they test after the fight??? With the weight issue tho lol mayweather already had ****3d marquez over in his previous bout so that's a stretch. As for gloves?? That's just ridiculous.. Here's negotiation, mayweather wants drug testing PAC doesn't... PAC says okay but he wants some kind of cut off ( see the negotiation going on???) PAC says 30 day cut off mayweather says 0 day cut off ( no negotiation from mayweather yet), PAC says fine well meet in the middle at 14 days mayweather still refuses ( PAC made 2 attempts at negotiating)... Then pac says fine ill do no cut off, now mayweather wants the purse split pretty much 75/25... It's obvious mayweather never wanted the fight

EPO would no effect on your chin whatsoever. Nor does it help you gain muscle or make your head larger.

That said I always thought that if Pac was on anything it was most likely EPO. The guy's activity level and stamina was just insane. Fortunately for him, most of the people accusing him of doping were far too ******ed to put together a plausible argument about what he might actually be doing.

maybe, i think he had better stamina in his 20's tho, insane stamina he displayed vs marquez/barrera/morales(esspecially with the beatdown)

vs cotto seemed to get tired, by 32-33(or w/e he was vs bradley, marquez III) he seemed lazy and getting tired without doing much

Its funny how they dont focus on slamming or blacklisting those fighters who got caught cheating and scolding them, they focus on fighters like Pacquiao

maybe he had a bad experience taking blood before a fight? like in 2005? But I guess you will not consider that, and continue with he is making **** up, it wasn't like he was dodging testing, he even said unlimited Urine, urine is what caught Berto and Peterson. And he even allowed cameras to follow him 24/7 through camp so why would he juice?
