Fighters can't be active because it's not like they're willing to fight for free on channels everyone has on tv.

How are they pointless? It would keep top fighters in the public eye a lot more then just the once or twice a year they fight. If you stack a card with Bradley and donaire and say maybe Berto vs some decent fighters that would draw big numbers while keeping them sharp an it could bring back some of the popularity for the sport. But the only way that can happen is if fighters are willing to take less money untill they get to there mega fight.

Read more than half of the first sentence next time, maybe it'll help you avoid looking silly.
