Vitali is avoiding the fight at this stage.

He's gone from 'I want to KO Haye' to using various reasons to put the fight to the back of everyone's mind. In all honesty, I think Vitali feels old and doesn't want to risk a loss during his political stuff.

Money is the only thing, but I already mentioned that in my first post. I don't think Vitali is a money digger and he has enough anyway.

Apart from money I don't see anything else.
Haye hasn't done anything special in HW. There is a much greater chance Fury or Povetkin would look better on Vitali's resume 10 years from now.
Haye is just not dedicated enough to achieve some legacy, he is chasing the money. Also Haye has proven to be quite unreliable. You just can't follow him. He backed up twice from Vitali's fight and from Wlad's fight... then he is retired, now Charr and 'hand injury'... he's a mess. Vitali is just fine without him.

Beating Haye doesn't improve Vitali's resume by some big margin.

Don't know how likely is that Haye beats him, only Vitali knows that...
Any version of Vitali prior to Chisorra fight crashes prime Haye.

and Haye is not a man to risk anything for... he'll be forgotten in 10 years.

No one knows the likelyhood of it, but that's boxing. This would be Vitali's hardest fight in almost a decade IMO and a risky one when involved in politics.

I think Haye's speed and movement would have always given Vitali problems, at this point I think it would give him fits.

I agree that noone can be sure about the outcome.

But this is only because noone knows how much Vitali has slowed down. He might be shot..

Vitali that fought Chisorra would struggle. But even that version I would pick over the version of Haye that fought Valuev.

Any other version of Vitali crashes Haye in the same fashion as he did against Herbie Hyde or Adamek. I think Haye is a better fighter than both but I still don't see anything that Haye would be able to do without gassing and beaing KOed against more aggressive and iron chinned Vitali.
