He ran like hell in the Martirosyan fight. He intended to do it again in the Angulo fight. How tf are you going to make money without the Angulo types for his opponent if you are a promoter? rigo has 0 to no fans.. POS Arum said it himself.. only reason why they offered 3mill is cause of the popularity of nonito and mares.. with that said I don't think they'll risk mares vs rigo.. even though mares has stated he'd fight him.. but I wouldn't mind seeing it.. I think mares doesn't get enough credit for boxing.. nonito looked for big shots vs slick rigo.. I think mares pressures too much and lands more.. just my opinion..

Lara's already fought like 3 eliminators for a shot at Alvarez. Making him fight two more would be horribly unfair.
