In typical GBP **** Schafer fashion the cvnts scrapped the bill instead of finding a late replacement. These guys are so risk averse that they routinely cancel fights instead of finding replacements.

So, if Hopkins won't fight his mandatory, whether or not the visa-problem excuse is legitimate, shouldn't the IBF strip him of his title?
