I wouldn't say "dominate" but I strongly believe that boxers from former soviet republics, mainly Russia and Ukraine, will be a major force in boxing within the next 5 years. We already have Tszyu, Jirov, Klitschkos, Valuev, and Karmazin, and this is only the beginning.

As for the rest of you "clean ruskies out" people, we will talk in 5 years.

Yes Boxing2005, I too think the former Soviet boxers will be a major force within the next years. Boxing2005, sometimes I feel they will become too much of major forces, and will eventually have to fight against each other to see who is truly the best. Klitschko against Ibragimov, there is a very good chance this will occur, especially if Vladimir becomes the heavyweight champion very soon. I dont want them to fight each other! Ibragimov is very tough to beat!

I read somewhere Valuev wants to fight Vladimir. This could happen in April!

I don't think Wlad will fight either Ibragimov or Valuev unless it's for unification. But, you never know...
