SCOTT QUIGG has emerged from a nightmare spell out of the ring and set his sights on becoming a world champion.
The interim WBA world super-bantamweight champ has left Ricky Hatton’s promotional stable to join Eddie Hearn’s mushrooming Matchroom camp.
He will have his first fight in Bolton on Saturday, June 29 and said: “I just can’t wait to get back in the ring and my aim is to become world champion by the end of next year.”
