it is hard to say because most asians fight in lower weight classes, heck basically all of them do. the lower you go in weight, the less muscle mass, which would probably mean less power.

and i havent really noticed of asian fighters having great chins, but pacman has a dam good one. tha reason i havent noticed cuz to b honest i havent seen much asian fighters as of late. but i will say this, a theory 4 asianz having good chins, could be (no offense) but asians have big heads. maybe there bones are biger or something in there heads i duno. cuz really, you see small asian dudes, with big o headsComment
