Im a huge Pac fan but in the 2 1/2 years since Mayweather called him out on the PED's there has been a steady, but noticable decline, in his ability.

Could be age, could be he stopped taking them after the accusations started, we'll probably never know.

Totally disagree with this, even if PAC was on the juice why would he stop just because mayweather was accusing him?? He wasn't getting tested randomly so why would he stop juicing for? he's been on the decline because of age and the way he fights. PAC is the kind that will take 2 just to get 1 of his in. And after time those punches will take a toll on anyone. It has nothing to do with if he was on the juice or not. Which proves you know he has never undergone a real-world peds testing, you know, like the one he barked against in 2009, and still has not undergone for any of his fights since then, even if voluntary?...

...you know, like the one he's now being coerced by Bob to undertake for his upcoming fight against Rios in December? ...the one that is now becoming fashionable and everyone won't mind taking? Yeah, that one.

The really unfortunate bit to this whole saga, though, is that there is no longer a way to ever know whether he would or would not have passed the test before or since 2009. This will be irrespective of the results of the tests on him for the upcoming fight with Rios, if they do take the tests.
