Anyone else think 2013 has been great so far?

We got Bradley-Provodnikov, Rios-Alvarado II, Froch-Kessler II, Maidana-Lopez, Angulo-Lara was surprisingly entertaining, Canelo-Trout I honestly thought might not get made but it did, Garcia-Judah was a good one, Lebedev-Jones, and others.

Some stars have been made at least among hardcore boxing fans in Rigo and Matthysse

Garcia-Matthysse, Pac-Rios, Mayweather-Canelo, and a lot of these upcoming fights look great. We might finally see Wlad-Povetkin which probably won't happen but still cool for the division. Haye-Fury should be good as long as it lasts. Stevenson KOing Chad has brought some life to a pretty stagnant division. We might see Bute-Pascal. Imo this is the best year of boxing in a while. So many great fights.

2013 didn't look too exciting from the backside of 2012 but I've been ecstatic with most of the fights so far, not to mention the ones that are still coming

I've never been so damn excited for a year of boxing. Every month, there's a new and intriguing match up. Even the ones which I'm not paying attention to, turn out great.

This year has been crazy. And it's only gonna get crazier. Have I thought about that??? Canelo vs Floyd, Garcia vs The Machine, PAC-Rios, JMM vs Tim, I'm hoping for Cotto-Lara and Chino vs Broner. Rosado vs Trout maybe on the $$-Nelo card. Khan vs Alexander in Dubai sounds cool to me. Hope it goes there. Wards coming back, Kirkland eventually aswell. Rigo, Nonito, mares vs velez hopefully. Good pr vs mex scrap. Ortiz will be back, maybe against Guerrero. Haye vs Fury maybe. Klitschko vs Povetkin. It's just insane when u think about it.

Yes, I have. Great year, in 2013 so far only 785 people have told me boxing is dead.. dramatic decrease to last years 1278.

I remember the year starting off ****ty. Brook vs Alexander cancelled and Judah vs Garcia got postponed. Its heating up nice now though and turning into a nice year in boxing.

It's been pretty awesome so far. Hopefully the second half of the year is the same. We already have Mayweather-Alvarez, Pac-Rios, and probably Alexander-Khan and Matthysse-Garcia to look forward to.

1st half has been vey good so far. Last saturday really made it pop with the emergence of a new star and the lara/angulo and maidana/lopez fights. Matthysse, zab/danny, bradley/provodnikov, ledbedev/jones.

Only real downside to 1st half was the returns of floyd, wlad and gamboa weren't very exciting.
