Toughest division gatekeeper?

Who is the toughest gatekeeper in boxing. You know the guy that prospects have to go up against to see if he's ready for the elite level. IMO its Shane Mosley. If you get past him you're on the right path, if Shane messes you up then you're probably going to be a journeyman.
