He has fought ONCE in two years.

That's ONE more fight than ME, and I'm not even a professional fighter.

Haye got a title fight against a Klitschko. He TALKED like he was going to fight like a man possessed.

Then he got in the ring, and he flopped around on the canvas like a goldfish. He barely threw any punches. He claimed afterward that it was all because of his toe.

But what does he do after that? Does he get right back in the ring as soon as the alleged toe injury is healed to prove himself against a top contender? NO, he fights once in two years against a guy who, while tough, had lost 3 of his last 4 fights and had beaten no one of note.

And that's the only fight in two years.

Name one other fighter, ANY other fighter who should be considered a contender with one fight in two years after losing a title shot in such embarrassing fashion.

Haye has the Brits hypnotised, clearly. The listen to him -- as the poster said, he called Vitali out -- but pay no attention to his ACTIONS.

He has done nothing, absolutely nothing, to earn another shot at a title. He's a flopping flopper is what he is.

I don't think it's that simple, though it is a factor.

The most important factor in Vitali winning is that he throws about 10x as many punches as Haye does.

Vitali is likely to throw upwards of 1000 punches in a 12 round fight. Haye on the other hand threw only 145 against Valuev and marginally more against Wlad.
When he fights a larger man he runs, plain and simple. He has no footwork to step around shots and counter so he just backs away constantly hoping to land a big pot shot.

Haye at HW, looks for one shot. You cannot knock Vitali out with one shot, and you can't win rounds against him averaging 12-15 punches thrown.

Vitali is like Carl Thompson plus 8 inches and 80 lbs

I don't think even the Brits buy into Haye's bull**** any longer.

They still pretend to and they will stay he can beat a Klitschko but their pride is hurt. Problem is most of them were pot committed on David Haye being a legendary fighter of monumental excitement.

They ran their mouths leading up to the fight and a lot of them just disappeared right after. The few that still post positive about him, like the TS, have taken up this not very funny comedy act based on loser denial.

They think it's cute and feel so ****** for getting behind Haye that the only relief they can get is from antagonizing Klitschko fans as punishment for being so much more knowledgeable about boxing.

The only weapon he has left is his ability to take a huge punch but I see haye outclassing him and winning a wide margin. The only thing that would stop this would be Fury destroying Haye which is a very real possibility but if Haye does survive and fights vitali next we will have a new hw titlist.
          Trying way too hard.

What it really comes down to is can Vitali find Haye? Because Haye can find Vitali.

Wlad couldn't even land on Haye, so i'm not expecting Vitali too either. But anyways, this fight is not going to happen so it's pointless discussing it.

              "A broken foot!"

That "broken foot" sure looked more like a broken nail on the pinky toe.

Haye broke his foot because his gay lover stomped on it by accident after Haye railed him a bit too hard.

                Broken foot..

Go watch a cricket game Sir Nigel Wellington.
