This is all subjective but here we go -

Underrated:
- Victor Ortiz (ignore his lack of heart, he's actually a pretty decent fighter who would give lots of people trouble if he didn't always quit all the time)
- Paulie Malignaggi (lacks power but very slick - he's a lot better than most people give him credit for. He also has an underrated chin and plenty of heart)
