Frank Warren Interview on TalkSport: Froch, Cleverly, Haye

Frank Warren was interviewed on today's H&J show (1pm-4pm).

    In brief:

    - Eddie Hearn has turned down a £2.5m offer for a catchweight fight between Carl Froch and Nathan Cleverly. Apparently, it's not possible for Nathan to make 168 (contrary to what his father said, last week...).
    - Warren suggests Froch may be ducking Cleverly. Proposed fight would have seen Nathan's LHW title on the line, but not Froch's SM straps.
    - Warren believes Andre Ward's wins over Froch and Kessler were "decisive" and do not warrant rematches.
    - Nathan Cleverly likely to move up to Cruiserweight in the next two years.
    - Thinks Tyson Fury has talked himself into a fight with David Haye (kind of ironic, that one).

I don't think Warren realises that people have seen past his lies for years!

If Cleverly wants a challenge, instead of going after a 168 fighter who doesnt want to and has no need to move up... why doesnt he go after a top 5 light heavy?

Exactly. He should be chasing/calling out Hopkins and Stevenson. Perhaps even Andre Ward.
