You should probably watch it yourself first so the majority doesn't sway your judgement.

Scott Mallon of Ring Magazine and The Sweet Science was there and scored it 116-110 for John. Also one of the Max Boxing writers was there Kim or Fischer was there. He said he went because he was visiting the area. He also said "John won the fight well".

It's only a bunch of BoxingScene revisionists who know nothing about boxing who support Marquez's later moan that he was robbed. It's a myth which grew from repetition. John is a very good boxer. If you read the lengthy interview after the fight that Marquez gave to TSS, you'll see that both he and his team gave full credit to John, and were not surprised that he'd lost, but thought that he'd just pulled it off.

The fight created huge interest there and Marquez came with a big reputation, and was expected by nearly all, including Indonesians, to win.

You guys should grow up and learn to discriminate between your emotions and facts.

It wasn't a robbery that's all I'm gonna say. While Marquez has lost some mobility, boxing him has always been his weakness because it forces him out of his element which is counter punching.
